Visiting your Dentist

• Your first visit will be for a check up, normally no treatment will be provided at this appointment.
• You may need to fill out some forms when you visit, so please bring any reading glasses, that you may need.
• A parent or guardian should ideally accompany children under 16. If they attend unaccompanied we may phone their legal guardian to discuss their treatment.
• Please bring a list of any medications that you take with you, or a current prescription.
• Please bring evidence of any exemptions that you are entitled to, or else you may have to pay for the treatment.
• The appointment slots are quite short so it is important to be on time.
• If you can’t make an appointment please contact the clinic as soon as you can, to rearrange it.
